Pizza

What started out as a childhood interest has grown into an adult obsession. Who doesn’t love pizza though? I started out making it from scratch with a cast iron skillet and an over-proofed dough and I’ve since evolved to two different Neopolitan style doughs and a wood fired oven.

I’m always working to improve and customize my pizza-making experience and basically always have something in the works to improve on my current process.
